Return of perishable items:

Our yummy bottled milkshakes need to be kept refrigerated, so we ask customers to inform us of any issues on receipt of goods. Shaken Udder will then retain the right to decide if the product is to be returned via our courier or a substitute product is provided depending on the issue reported.

Please note that we cannot accept the return or cancellation of non-faulty goods if they have been dispatched.

Return of non-perishable items:

Our scrummy kids carton milkshakes and clothing doesn’t need to be kept refrigerated, so you have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Late delivery

We dispatch your scrummy milkshakes with a dedicated courier. Because these items are perishable if they arrive late or on a different day to that one previously agreed please notify our team of receipt of the goods.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. After inspection, if your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 30 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
