Redeem your eMusic song code and receive a £10.08 / €11.76 balance in your eMusic music account every month for either 360, 180 or 90 days (depending on your code). eMusic music MP3 codes are redeemable only on the E.U. eMusic online stores.Download codes have an expiration date. Please refer to your web confirmation or confirmation email for your code’s expiration date. If you do not reply within seven days of confirmation email then the prize will be reentered in the prize draw.

Codes valid for 360, 180 or 90 days (depending on your code) once redeemed. Not for resale. One song code per person. Must be 18 years or older. Internet access and email address entry required. Shaken Udder Terms and Conditions:

  1. The promotion is only open to residents of the UK and Republic of Ireland aged 18 or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of The Promoter, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
  2. Access to the Internet and a valid email address are required to enter.
  3. Entrants will be informed via the web page and a confirmation email whether they have won or not.
  4. Closing date of entries is the 30th May 2012.
  5. The prizes: 1st prize a monthly Emusic subscription worth the equivalent of up to 24 tracks each month for 12 months. 2nd Prize Monthly Emusic subscription worth the equivalent of up to 24 tracks each month for 6 months. 3rd Prize Monthly Emusic subscription worth the equivalent of up to 24 tracks each month for 3 months
  6. The promoter will not be held responsible with any problems that may arise with the prizes, the winner would need to go direct to the supplier of the prizes to resolve any issues.
  7. The winners will be selected in a random draws, from all valid entries up until the 30th May 2012.
  8. There are no cash alternatives to prizes. The Promoter reserves the right to provide alternative prizes of equal value if, due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, the stated prizes are no longer available.
  9. In the event that the winner has not responded within 14 days of notification then the promoter reserves the right to reallocate the prize to a reserve winner.
  10. The names & counties of the winners will be posted online on our facebook page and website.
  11. By entering winners agree to participate in any reasonable publicity arranged by The Promoter or its agencies.
  12. By entering the promotion entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and by the decisions of the Promoter and the Emusic terms and conditions, which are final in all matters relating to the promotion. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the prize. No correspondence will be entered into.
  13. Neither the Promoter or its agencies will be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries as a result of technical failures or otherwise, including any such failure which is within the control of The Promoter or its agencies. Proof of submission of entry is not proof of receipt of entry.
  14. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any person it finds to be tampering or to have tampered with the operation of the promotion or the Shaken udder Limited website, or to be acting in violation of these terms and conditions.
  15. All entries by the online route must be made directly by the person entering the promotion. Entries made online using methods such as a macro, a script or the use of automated devices or processes or syndicated entries are not allowed and all such entries will be disqualified.
  16. Except for liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, the Promoter is not liable for:
    (a) any action an entrant may take as a result of relying on any information provided by the Promoter in relation to the promotion or for any loss or damage suffered by an entrant as a result of taking that action; or
    (b) any liability for losses which are not a foreseeable or likely consequence of
        (i) an entrant's use of the website, or
        (ii) a breach of these terms and conditions; or
    (c) an entrant's inability to access the website and/or to submit an entry because of an event outside the Promoter's control, for example (without limitation) the performance of the entrant's or the Promoter's ISP or the Internet.
  17. To the full extent permitted by law the Promoter will not accept liability for any loss, damage, injury or death arising from this promotion beyond its reasonable control.
  18. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to cancel the promotion without prior notice in the event of circumstances arising beyond its control that make it necessary to do so.
